Friends of The Sullivan Restaurant Group:
We just wanted to send you a quick email regarding an upcoming event in which our favorite chef, Troy Guard, will be participating. On Sunday, September 10th, Chef Troy will be one of several well known local Denver chefs competing in the 8th Annual Greatest Caesar Salad Competition! These chefs have all accepted the challenge to prepare the ultimate Caesar salad, along with a signature appetizer, with the winner to be determined by the guests in attendance.
This event is sponsored by The Colorado Chapter of The American Institute of Wine & Food (AIWF) and will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Walnut Foundry. A silent auction of food and wine related items will take place throughout the evening. All proceeds will benefit the AIWF Colorado Chapter Scholarship Fund, which is designed to assist local students in attending local culinary institutes.
If you would like to attend and support Chef Troy in becoming the champion Caesar salad creator, reservations can be made by calling the AIWF reservations line at (303) 333-2378. The cost is $35.00 for AIWF members and $40.00 for non-members. Walnut Foundry is located at 30th and Walnut, east of downtown Denver.
Please also feel free to call nine75 (303) 975-0975 if you have any questions.
We hope to see you there! Thanks!
